Casa Mármara
In Guadalajara, this renovation reinvents an existing house through a new exposed-concrete envelope whose visible grid celebrates the honesty of the material and the efficiency of its formwork.
The resulting skin is natural and sober, with a tone in dialogue with the colours of Guadalajara regionalism. The interior atmosphere stays within the same range: concrete, stucco, wood and ironwork come together in a serene language, enriched by the living hues of the local landscaping.
A house that recovers its essence and projects it into the present.
